Mid-Plains Community College wants everyone to have the opportunity to go to college if they would like to do so. The Bridge Grant Program is one way to make that happen. The idea behind the program is to prepare adults for entry or re-entry into the workforce by teaching them specific skill sets that improve their chances of obtaining employment or increasing wages.
